Deciding to start the counseling process is an investment in your mental wellness! When considering the cost of our fees please be sure to keep in mind the cost that your mental wellness has on your overall life and ability to function. Our goal is to help you live your Best Life through mental and emotional healing!
Harris Counseling and Coaching PLLC accepts:
BCBSNC, Aetna, Medicaid, Cigna and self-pay. We also accept all major credit cards.
For those uninsured, self-pay sessions are allowed and fee may be adjusted based on income.
Sessions range from $75 - $200 based on the service needed - counseling or parent coaching, individual or group, session commitment, and desired session time and location.
Payment or co-payment for each session is collected after each session.
We offer out of network billing to insurances that we are not in network. If you plan to use your out of network benefits, please request a billing statement from administrative office staff.
Credit card, cash or Cashapp are acceptable methods of payment and we will provide a receipt for all fees paid.
Cancellation Policies
Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours before any appointment via email, using our online portal, or by phone. If you cancel an appointment without providing 24-hours notice you will be charged a cancellation fee as outlined in intake packet.
